JE Dunn is constructing a new 192,500 SF 3-tier South Stadium expansion for Southern Methodist University. The addition includes a football-only operations center with meeting space, including defense and offense rooms along with coach’s conference rooms and other breakout meeting rooms, offices, media office, digital studio and video bullpen, locker room with custom player and coach’s locker rooms, a workout facility, equipment storage and issuing area and a commercial washer/dryer area. It will also house a nutrition center with a $2 million commercial kitchen that serves all SMU athletes.
