Aptitude was an instrumental member of the project team as technology integrator when our parent company JE Dunn was the design-builder for a new vehicle processing center for Southeast Toyota, the world’s largest independent distributor of Toyota vehicles. When vehicles arrive via train, they are stored on site at the vehicle processing center. The center includes 12 buildings across the nearly 300-acre site, allowing for repairs, accessory installation, fueling, and more. Amenities for workers include a wellness center, nature trail, fitness center, meeting areas, and a cafe. Integrating the low-voltage technology to help ensure this built environment operated efficiently and created a seamless experience for the staff at the center was paramount to the success of this industrial and manufacturing project.
